Wrestling Camp Maryland offers intensive training in Potomac, MD. This overnight camp focuses on developing wrestling skills through private instruction with All American Wrestlers and Coaches. Sessions emphasize hand fighting, stance and motion, scrambling rules, and positional control. Learn the "why" behind techniques for better retention and faster learning. Daily activities include technique demonstrations, theory, strategy, drilling, live wrestling, and group review sessions. The camp package includes rash guards, shorts, breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
