Learn to surf with Surf HNL in Kapolei, HI. This surf training program specializes in beginner lessons, offering personalized instruction for new participants. All instructors are lifeguard-certified safety professionals with a track record of zero incidents, ensuring a secure environment for all. Each class includes a surfboard, leash, rash guard, surf leggings, and reef shoes. Classes begin with land-based safety instruction and stretching, followed by 45 or 90 minutes of open ocean surf time. Post-session stretching is also included. For those interested in stand-up paddleboarding, SUP lessons are also available, including a paddle. Instructors monitor swell, wind, weather, and tide conditions to maintain safety.
