About this camp
Develop surf skills and ocean awareness at Summa Love Surf Camp in Long Branch, NJ. Designed for ages 5-7, this program provides focused instruction for both new and experienced young surfers. Participants learn strong technique, confidence, and flow, with 2-2.5 hours of dedicated surf time daily. Beyond primary surf training, the program integrates bodysurfing, ocean safety, ocean awareness, and surf etiquette. Creative art sessions and environmental protection concepts are also included. Summa Love Surf Camp maintains small instructor-to-student ratios (2-4 students per instructor) and has operated since 2005. As Monmouth County's oldest and most established surf training, Summa Love Surf Camp is an NSSIA Accredited Surf School. The program is fully licensed and insured, with CPR/AED Professional Rescuer Certified staff, emphasizing a community-driven approach.
