About this camp
Develop field hockey skills at Stick Power, a day training program for athletes aged 6-13 in Newport News, VA. Participants will learn core techniques and game strategies. This coed program focuses on foundational field hockey skills. Drills cover stick handling, passing, shooting, and defensive positioning. Athletes will apply these skills in small games and scrimmages. Stick Power is structured to improve individual player abilities within a team-oriented environment. The focus is on skill progression from basic concepts to more advanced play, suitable for various experience levels.
