Southern Maryland Archers (SMA) Club in Upper Marlboro, MD offers day camp archery programs for youth. Focused solely on archery, SMA provides instruction and practice in a supportive environment. Day campers utilize both indoor and outdoor ranges for skill development. The indoor range features 12 lanes at distances of 5, 10, 15, and 20 yards. Outdoor facilities include additional ranges, and a 3-D range for target practice. Certified instructors lead programs, including the Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) program for ages 8-20. SMA Club is dedicated to youth archery development. The program is geared towards teaching proper technique and building confidence with a bow.
