Elevate field hockey skills at the Rutgers Field Hockey program in Piscataway, NJ. Designed for athletes aged 11-19, this program provides intensive training under top-level coaches, including Rutgers' own Meredith and Joey Civico. Participants utilize world-class AstroTurf facilities, identical to those used by the Rutgers University Field Hockey team. The program offers specialized goalkeeper training and welcomes high school teams, providing a focused environment for skill development. Choose between overnight (three nights) or day training options, with comprehensive daily sessions. All participants also receive a campus tour. This focused sports training is open to all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players, ensuring personalized coaching. Yoga is also incorporated into the program.
