Develop rowing skills and fitness with the Omaha Rowing Association's Juniors program. Located on Carter Lake, IA, this training focuses on fundamental techniques, physical conditioning, and teamwork for youth ages 12-18. Our US Rowing affiliated club offers a structured environment for participants to learn and grow in the sport. The program emphasizes skill development for competitive and recreational rowers. Additional programs include Adult Rec for rowing fundamentals and a Masters group for experienced rowers.
