VR View in Fremont, MI offers day camp focused on gymnastics skill development. Gymnasts train on equipment including loose foam pits, resi landings, and trampolines with coaching from Olympians, Division-1 gymnasts, and accomplished Division-1 athletes. The camp curriculum integrates mentorship in sports nutrition, strength training, injury prevention, and dance choreography. Daily team-building activities are incorporated to foster self-confidence and team cohesion. This program supports gymnasts in developing skills applicable to optional, elite, and college-level gymnastics.
