About this camp
National Children's Theatre in Washington, DC, provides research-based theatre education programs for children aged 6-15. This training focuses on developing communication skills and emotional intelligence through creative drama exercises, theatre games, and performance fundamentals. Participants rehearse and perform fantastical stories, culminating in a family performance on the final day of each session. All Teaching Artists are background-checked and certified in First Aid/CPR. Scholarships are available, and the program is located in Capitol Hill, Washington D.C.
