Develop focus, discipline, and respect through martial arts training in Middletown, OH. This family-owned academy offers year-round programs for preschool children, kids, teens, and adults. Participants learn Olympic Taekwondo sparring, weapons, forms, and breaking. Classes emphasize self-defense skills, building gross motor skills, and developing life skills in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Instructors, including Grand Master Rob Gerhardt and Master RJ Gerhardt, lead training for all ages and experience levels. Unlimited classes are available with no contracts. With two locations, this program has trained over 700 national medalists in various martial arts disciplines, including Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, and Hapkido.
