About this camp
Maryland Leadership Workshops (MLW) offers overnight summer programs in Lexington Park, MD, for middle and high school students. Since 1955, MLW has focused on developing leadership skills through peer-led facilitation. Young people gain the confidence and tools to make a difference in their schools and communities. The program empowers participants to realize their potential as engaged and involved citizens. MLW aims to inspire positive change through hands-on leadership development.

Past sessions
MLW’s weeklong leadership training and immersion experiences are held at Washington College in Chestertown on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Delegates stay overnight in college housing and enjoy meals in the campus dining hall. For students entering grades 9-12 in fall of 2025.
