Develop mountain biking skills and sportsmanship with Lost in the Woods MTB. This program, based in Lewis Center, OH, is designed for youth aged 11-18. Participants train with NICA-certified coaches, focusing on skill development, physical fitness, and personal growth through the sport. Lost in the Woods MTB emphasizes youth development with an inclusive approach: no cuts, no bench. Whether athletes are new to mountain biking or experienced racers, everyone rides and receives coaching. This organization supports five NICA teams, fostering a supportive community for all skill levels. For female athletes, the Females Lost in Cycling (FLiC) program provides additional opportunities to engage in cycling, promoting participation and skill building in a focused environment.
