The Lebanon Valley Mountain Bike Team provides youth cycling training in Lebanon, PA. This interscholastic program is for students aged 11-18 (6th-12th grade), focusing on mountain biking skills and team riding. No prior mountain biking experience is required. Participants practice weekly at South Hills Park and complete Saturday trail rides at various local parks, including the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail and Swatara State Park. Coaches are NICA and PICL accredited, certified in CPR, First Aid, and concussion awareness. The program emphasizes skill development, safe riding, and community building, with optional competition opportunities. This training develops biking skills and fitness within a supportive team environment for young riders.
