Howard County Arts Council offers day arts programs in Ellicott City, MD. These programs are designed to spark excitement and build foundational skills in various art forms. Our curriculum focuses on nurturing creativity through hands-on projects and instruction. We aim to provide a structured yet inspiring environment where young artists can explore and develop their talents.

Campers will learn cartoon art-related skills to create and develop their own cartoon characters.

Learn more / RegisterCampers will create water marbling projects that include a variety of surfaces including; paper, wood, cork, glass and fabric.

Learn more / RegisterCampers will use cardstock, paper, and cardboard to create accordion books, simple signatures, pop-ups, and carousel books.
Learn more / RegisterThis week, campers will go back in time, WAY BACK to the time of the dinosaurs.
Learn more / RegisterCampers will use 100% recycled materials to create a variety of projects! Come with an open mind and a willingness to take what’s old and make it new again!
