Develop discipline and physical fitness through world-class Taekwondo instruction at Hard Work Martial Arts in Sterling, VA. This non-profit 501(c)(3) organization focuses on character development, with programs crafted by experts in Early Childhood Education and Sports Medicine. All instruction is led by Master Instructors and Coaches recognized by World Taekwondo and TEAMUSA. Hard Work Martial Arts offers a scholarship program for low-income families and at-risk youth, ensuring accessibility to high-quality martial arts training. Beyond the program, after-school programs are also available, extending opportunities for skill development and personal growth.
