About this class
Participate in structured track and field training through the Godspeed Track Club Hawaii. This program, based in Honolulu, HI, offers a summer session focused on the USA Track & Field (USATF) youth development curriculum. Participants receive technique training emphasizing proper bio-mechanics to enhance performance for various running distances and sports. All abilities and age levels, from youth to masters, are welcome to join this year-round program. Parents also have the option to train and compete alongside their children. Fee-based private coaching is available for individualized instruction. Regular practice sessions are held four times weekly, providing consistent athletic development.
