Our MS/HS Training Academy is a lacrosse training program for boys and girls of all skill levels. Each session players will partake in a practice that focuses on the core lacrosse skills such as shooting, passing, throwing, catching, scooping, dodging, and individual defense.

Our knowledgeable coaching staff will lead practices that are heavily focused on individual skill development that is position specific. These events are geared towards intermediate to advanced groups who are there to put in the extra work needed to excel on their club teams next year!
