Sailing Center Chesapeake (SCC) in Historic St. Mary's City, MD, offers sailing programs for youth aged 8-16. Campers can learn fundamental sailing skills or enhance existing ones through structured instruction. This day camp focuses on sailing as its primary activity. Beyond basic sailing, SCC incorporates STEM initiatives into its curriculum, providing an educational experience related to marine science and engineering. Participants also have access to boater safety courses, promoting responsible practices on the water. Year-round activities like after-school programs are also available.
