Adult Recreational Indoor Rowing is back at the Belle Isle Athletic Shelter. Register now for erg classes weeknights Mon-Thurs – 6:30-8:00PM from January 4 until March 30. Full season or single month packages are available. No experience necessary. Get in shape or maintain your conditioning through the winter!
