Crystal Community Ski Club

In October and November, in addition to dryland training we begin individual pre-season coaching sessions. Specifically, we will offer up to three private sessions, either in person or via Zoom. We will also have in person workouts, and are working on a unique two-day mental and physical fitness camp.

We will begin gateless training on the first weekend in December at Crystal Mountain. We plan to attend races at Searchmont and Mount Ripley, with fundamentals clinic days offered before each of those events.

Six days of Holiday Race Camp running from December 18 to December 23.

From January through March, athletes will have access to training opportunities up to six days per week, creating one of the most robust race-training schedules available in the region.

The Nordic Squirrel team is designed as a playful introduction to XC skiing. Participants will learn the foundations of Classic skiing through games, fun drills and snow exploration on our Rabbit Trails.

The program offers four sessions of a combination of cross-country ski instruction, games on the snow, and skiing on trails. The goal is to share the joy of cross country skiing, teach kids how to ski, and have fun outside in the winter.
