About this class
Develop sailing skills at the UNH Sailing Summer Programs in Durham, NH. These youth and adult classes teach foundational techniques for sailing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Participants aged 5-17 can learn to sail, fostering competency on the water. The program focuses on practical instruction in a community sailing center setting. Beyond primary sailing instruction, classes are also available for kayaking and SUP, offering diverse on-water training opportunities.
Upcoming sessions
An after-school program for grades 7-12, introducing students to sailing and racing while fostering camaraderie and leadership. Practices are held during the week from 3:30 pm until 6 pm, starting in early May and ending in early June.
