Mountain biking training for grades 7-12 is available with the CavemenMTB program in American Fork, UT. This program caters to junior development and high school athletes (ages 12-18) interested in competitive cycling. Participants practice twice weekly as part of a NICA-governed team, focusing on cross-country mountain bike racing. The program provides structured training and competition opportunities for young cyclists in Utah. CavemenMTB is structured to support both middle school and high school students who want to develop their mountain biking skills and compete in NICA races throughout the state.
The Cavemen Mountain Bike team is for American Fork High School area students, grades 9-12. It's a challenging endurance sport with practices adjusted for different skill levels, running from June 1 to end of October.
