Camp Yakety Yak in West Linn, OR, provides specialized social skills training and support for youth aged 5-22 with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, including ADHD and Autism. Siblings and friends are welcome. The program emphasizes friendship, belonging, and social-emotional growth. Young adults aged 16-22 can participate in a Workplace Apprenticeship program, focusing on practical social skills in a professional context. This offering also serves as a teaching program, preparing educators and therapeutic professionals. Our daytime program structure ensures focused, skill-building engagement. The curriculum is designed to foster concrete social development for all participants.
