About this class
Beyond Sticks offers field hockey training in Kensington, MD, for athletes aged 6-18. This day class combines weekly skill development with 'Play Beyond the Game' leadership lessons, designed to foster resilience and a growth mindset. Participants build confidence and strengthen their field hockey game, growing as teammates and leaders. Specialized programs are available, including an adapted class for athletes with developmental delays. Coaches undergo background checks and Safe Sport training. Financial assistance and scholarships are offered to eligible families.
